If the agreed service scope is not delivered and you remain unsatisfied after one reasonable correction round, eligible Qixton service fees may be refundable under the terms below.

What is covered

  • Eligible Qixton service fees for approved scope items.
  • Work that does not match the agreed scope after a correction attempt.
  • Requests submitted within the written guarantee window.

What is not covered

  • Ad spend or media budget.
  • Domains, hosting or third-party software.
  • Taxes, processor fees and platform charges.
  • Delays caused by missing access, content or approvals.

How it works

  1. Tell us what is wrong.
  2. Compare it with the agreed scope.
  3. Allow a reasonable correction round.
  4. If unresolved and eligible, the applicable service fee may be refunded.

Final project-specific terms should also appear in your signed proposal or agreement. Third-party costs cannot be refunded by Qixton once paid to another provider.
